Create a community around what you love. If you have a passion or interest – music, fashion, art, gaming, crafts, cooking or anything else – you can lead your own group and invite others to join. This might be your friends, people who share your interests, support workers and participants, or members of the wider community. What we help you do Clarify your group idea and what you want it to be about Plan where and how it will run (online, in person, or both) Spread the word so people know about your group Welcome people, include different access needs and keep the group going Often, service providers choose the activities and groups for people. That can be useful, and their groups are absolutely welcome to join yours too. Everyone is welcome – people coming independently, with support workers, or through their services. We can support you through the whole process with: Workshops for small groups One-on-one mentoring to build your confidence as a group leade
